By accessing Flowtrail Institute’s website or purchasing a course, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not copy, distribute, or publicly display course materials without permission.
• Do not harass instructors or other learners.
• Do not attempt to bypass security or access non-public areas.

4. Purchases and refunds

Prices are listed in USD. Refunds for self-paced courses are available within 14 days if usage is under 20%. Live cohorts are refundable up to 48 hours before the first session. Processing times depend on your payment provider.

5. Educational content only

Our Services provide general education. We do not offer medical, legal, or psychological advice, and we do not guarantee outcomes.

6. Intellectual property

All materials are owned by Flowtrail Institute or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Limited personal, non-commercial access is granted upon purchase.

Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is.” We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability
